Baden Powell

Baden Powell de Aquino (1937–2000) was a Brazilian guitarist, composer, and one of the most influential figures in Brazilian music history. Renowned for his virtuosic guitar playing and innovative compositions, Powell was a key figure in the bossa nova movement of the late 1950s and 1960s. His fusion of Brazilian rhythms with jazz and classical influences created a distinctive style admired worldwide.
