Sticker mark on back cover but otherwise it's a nice looking sleeve.

German LP, italian sleeve. Sleeve is pretty worn, especially around the edges. Taped over seam split. Record plays through with soft but constant crackle.

Sleeve has an old newspaper article (in German) glued to back, otherwise fine. Record plays with some surface noise, side 1 has an audible scratch across 4 tracks. Still sounds alright.
